Thank you! You can generate the Gerber files using Eagle (the free version), just open one of the BRD files and then use the CAM Processor to generate the Gerber files. You can find a tutorial with all the settings you need here. Then use gerber-viewer.com to verify your files before you send them to production, as I show in my PCB Art Guide blog post.

Alternatively, you can also check out OSH Park (http://oshpark.com/), as their site accepts and processes Eagle BRD files directly.
