I’d try to retrace the entire “conversation” and see if that works. Anyway, seems like you are on the right track.

I remember Sebastian Witalec went through a similar process a few years ago and eventually figured out the protocol for the Mambo BLE drone, and if I’m not mistaken he even created a tool that replays Wireshark recordings through Web Bluetooth.
