Have you associated the USB dongles with the generic WinUSB driver, using the Zadig tool, as explained in the blog post?

I don’t see these dongles in the supported dongle list for node-bluetooth-hci-socket, which is the module that is used by bleno behind the scenes for talking directly with the dongle. I do see other BCM models on the list, so perhaps getting your dongle to work is as simple as adding its USB product id to the list of supported USB devices in their source code.

In any case, you may want to open an issue for the https://github.com/sandeepmistry/node-bluetooth-hci-socket to get assistance with making it recognize your dongle.
