Web Bluetooth is not yet supported in Chrome for Windows 10. You can, however, get it to work using a polyfill that I created, given that you have Windows 10 Creators Update (or newer). You can find the installation instructions here:

In addition, I suggest that you vote for Web Bluetooth on Edge — you can give it up to 3 votes. It is currently pretty high in the list, and I know there are some people evangelizing it internally in Microsoft, so I hope we will see it supported some time during 2018.

Finally, you may want to contact this guy, as he already got a small Bluetooth printer working with Web Bluetooth.
